Glenfarm Holdings Limited

History

Glenfarm Holdings Ltd is a farmers' co-operative, founded in 1952 with the name Ulster Farm By-Products Ltd, to provide a fallen animal collection and disposal service. The company prospered and in 1995 the Board of Directors decided, as part of their plans for growing the organisation, to form a subsidiary company which would carry on the rendering activities and any related future developments. This wholly-owned subsidiary took the co-operative's original name. Glenfarm thereafter has performed the function of a holding and development entity, also providing senior management and professional support to existing and future Group companies.

Glenfarm Holdings Ltd as producers of green energy sources are involved in a number of projects that will ensure environmental benefits are delivered in the years ahead.
